Project Overview

Again this contract involved the complete re-design and total refurbishment to the interior and exterior of the existing residence. This included a complete replacement installation of all the electrical and plumbing services throughout.

Also again as we are approved installers for Carrier Air Conditioning Equipment, we also designed, supplied, installed and commissioned a completely new air-conditioning system throughout the building as requested by the client. This refurbishment also included the installation of electronic purpose made security gates, a conservatory to the rear elevation and the complete new installation of a heated swimming pool to the rear of the garden. The exterior was again completely re-decorated with repairs being carried out where necessary.
