Project Overview

This contract involved the complete re-design and total refurbishment to the interior of the existing building. This included a complete replacement installation of all the electrical and plumbing services to include the refurbishment of all bathrooms, w/c's and kitchens throughout.

Wild Stage Ltd was appointed as principal contractor due to the fact that we are approved installers for Carrier Air Conditioning Equipment, we also designed, supplied, installed and commissioned a completely new air-conditioning system throughout the building as requested by the client. This refurbishment also included the laying of marble flooring and tiling throughout and also included the installation of a new hardwood Teak flooring throughout the ballroom. The exterior was again completely re-decorated with repairs the stone façade being carried out where necessary.
